“Ordered on Saturday evening and received the order on Monday via DPD, which was really great. Items well packed with a zip bag for the garments. BUT delivery charge £6.99 is a bit steep (it was £5.99 on my last order) and I had to pay £8.55 postage costs to return one of the items because it didn't fit. I returned it the next day and was refunded 3 days later. So 5/5 for quick delivery and fast refund, but delivery cost and having to pay to return items is not so great...why not a free returns service like most retailers? I don't order very often from Cruise because of this, I would order more if returns were free.”

“Not only did I have to pay £7 postage to get my order, but I also had to pay £12 to send the order back! Personally think this is horrendous given that there’s a postage sticker inside but is not pre-paid, especially after spending all that money on items.”

“I bought a black Stone Island badge knit jumper last week on Monday, accidentally paid twice, because of some problems regarding payment with Paypal. However I have no order on my account on the website, and I have sent three e-mails to them since last Monday, but not gotten a single answer in 10 days. I feel scammed. Also, their customer service phone number doesn't work. Very disappointed...”
