“Haven’t received my items although ordered a week ago. Contacted call centre yesterday to Chase. No follow up email as promised. Unsure if I am going to get my items. Ordered many times before”

“Would have given ZERO stars if there was an option! The Belstaff jacket that I had bought asa valentine gift for my partner came stuffed in a black bag with no tissue paper no zip bag no box and wasn’t even folded it was STUFFED in. Called up shop they wouldn’t help me or even give me a zip bag told me they don’t deal with web orders. Called up your customer service and after been put on hold for 40 minutes they hung up on me. Shop in cruise for myself my son and my partner and all my family shop there too but after this I will not shop there again! In my opinion you’d do not care about your web customers and your service is absolutely appauling!”

“The box was dirty and the trainers had a few dirty marks on them, having recently ordered similar trainers from the designers website also there was no comparison when I got your pair, surprised as when you go in store to Cruise the service is above and beyond but delivery wasn’t great. I cleaned the box and trainers but I shouldn’t have had to do that to brand new Gucci trainers. Thanks”
