“I’ve had to send back 2 items that were way over sized. Certainly not advertised as this on the size guides. I still want the items and have asked for them in smaller sizes. One Adidas t shirt I have to go from an XL to a medium as it was so large. I’ll now be charged 3 times for postage in order to get the items to me that are a true size.”

“I had great shopping experience with the cruisefashion. Excellent service, better than any other company I've ordered from!! But there is one thing you can do for me. I have questions which require answers. My order number is CRUS40000044060812. I think the clothes contain VAT. I lives outside the United Kingdom(South Korea). Is it possible to get a United Kingdom VAT refund? Can you please check and reply back. Thank you!!”

“The prices were much higher than everywhere else, and also I brought in store and paid with cash but was forced to accept a credit note, as I was unable to get a refund, so I was forced to spend the money online as the store did not have any medium sizes in most of the clothing, also very disappointed that I had to spend £6.99 on delivery on top of the purchase, staff were not very helpful. I would also prefer if the stores are able to order stuff in instead of having to order online and get it delivered, as the returns policy is that the buyer pays postage.”

“Only option is standard delivery at £6.99 and the items are really poorly packaged. For example, suits are in suit carriers which are then stuffer in black bin liners... not great for expensive items. Also, returning items can be very expensive. Suggest Cruise/Flannels take a look at All Saints deliver processes and packaging for some tips.”

“Delivery was very fast. Came after 1/2 days of ordering. Only downfall was quality of versace wallet purchased as broke within a week of using it.. the leather peeled away from versace logo”

“Overall i have a fast delivery and respond from the customer service. however, what I hope that can be improved are (1) the size guide shown is a general for all brand. it should be the size guide according to their own brand and fitting (regular, slim or custom). other website has size guide according to brand and fitting. (2) i was charged with custom in my country (Malaysia). typically from my other purchase for similar items, i never get tax/custom before. (3) the packing could have been better. no plastic cover for my polo shirt for Lacoste and Ralph Lauren.”
