“Last time I bought a pair of trainers They sent them and there was a sticker inside saying 200 less than I payed when I contacted them They done nothing and the sent me 20% still they offered nothing I have only used online because I Couldn’t get what I wanted else where but Unbelievably shocking service I do not care one bit about the customers”

“Great place to shop especially for bargains in the sale , very nicely priced and lots of choice Only thing that lets it down is the returns if you need to use them , it’s a recommended Royal Mail service but does cost a lot if buying coats nearly 20 pounds to send back 2 jackets Why don’t they offer a return service by Dpd like the way they are sent to you at a cost of 7.99 Sounds like a great idea plus gives you a reasonable cost Pity it’s never been thought of before”

“Great selection of brands and products. Fast delivery, quick and easy returns. The only issue I had was as a first time buyer using the online payment system - I ended up having to pay via PayPal rather than credit card but this is a security mechanism. Highly recommended.”
