“Delivery was very very quick and price was fantastic I was also given a FF discount for 1 day which was great but unfortunately I wasn’t in a position to use it and would have liked the discount to have lasted longer than 1 day 😊”

“I'm really sorry to say that I am extremely disappointed in the product presentation and the subsequent customer service. I received my goods rolled up in bubble wrap, no Gucci packing or tag. Item was for my sons 18th, it was presented looking like something i bought off a market stall. The item itself was very nice. When I called customer service I was told that there was no boxes or Gucci bags, and that if I wasn't happy then I should return the item. So that's what I have done. It is a shame as it could have been easily resolved had customer services offered a solution or been helpful. I have since ordered it direct from Gucci (who don't charge postage) and who assure me that it will come with authentic packaging, just as ALL their products should, regardless of where they are purchased from.”

“The ordering process was simple and delivery was quick. However, the product was incorrectly described and sized on the website so I was forced to return it. Although I got my refund the next day, which was great, I ended up out of pocket by £7 as I was only refunded the initial delivery, not the delivery to return the item. I would never have had to pay this if the size details hadn't been so woefully inaccurate on the web-page.”
