“I feel very disappointed with the service. I have been waiting for the item for all this time. Once i receive the item it is a faulty. I have paid for the delivery fee and my return fee. I will not to consider to deal with Cruise again.”

“They send the wrong item but never refunded my postage and packaging after saying they would, will not be ordering from them again, very poor service. so it cost me £7 to get the wrong item.”

“Within my order 2 bottles of perfume and sunglasses were purchased for gifts but the boxes are damaged and therefore not suitable to give as a gift. This is the second time this has happened. When my husband collected it from your curriers depot he pointed out that the package was ripped but was assured everything inside was ok.”
