Ordering online was very simple website was easy to navigate. Received regular emails confirming my order status and within the exact hour time slot my delivery would arrive from the courier. All in all excellent customer service!!

I was sent the wrong colour of what I ordered the receipt was correct but the product was not

Ordered wrong size Gucci baseball cap,but returned and had the correct size replacement all within a week,well done cruise team.😁

Wrong sizing on website, ordered 3 suits, they cost 6.99 postage (£1500 worth of suits) they came next day so had to post back the suits for an exchange for 2 for the correct sizes and one refund. Cruise clothing helpline they'll only answer if they can be bothered and you will always Be 2nd in the queue and an average call answer time is 21 mins, I then posted the items for an exchange it cost me £20 postage. I've called and emailed and no reply. If it's not sorted today I'm calling trading standards. I've spent a lot of money over the years with no pleasant customer service.

Received my Tramarossa jeans just as they were advertised on the website. Very good quality jeans and would buy from Cruise again.

I thought I would be able to take the on line items I bought into cruise shop in glasgow and exchange for a bigger size but the items had to be returned to the online where I purchased them costing £10 and I had already paid £7 delivery so I won't be using cruise again and my daughter had to go through the same procedure.

I wasn't happy. Item wasn't as described. Skinny jeans were slim fit and not skinny fit.

Would normally say 5 stars for sure with service etc from Cruise. The latest order arrived with dusty, dirty and ripped packaging with two of the items labels showing different prices one being marked down by 50% from £170 to £85. I have been charged and paid £170. The items were in a Flannels bag and not Cruise.

I purchased a TODS Mocassino Loafers for a store collection at Malatan, Glasgow. I'm impressed with the packaging of cruise. The loafers and its original package and was packed inside the Cruise bag, inside the carrier bag. However, the Tods box itself had a dent on one of the bottom side which maybe the fault of the carrier. Otherwise, I would give this a 5 stars.

Both my partner & me love the designer names at affordable prices . You get so many bargains.. it's hard to know when to stop shopping!! The items always come in a cruise bag to give them added protection & the delivery service is excellent with an email letting you know within 1 hour when it will be delivered . Always happy to shop at cruise.

The top I ordered was twenty pounds dearer than other shops , I emailed customer service no one got back in contact with me
