“Ordered on the Wednesday before Easter and received initial e mail saying delivery Tuesday due to bank holidays . The next again day I had a new message saying it would be delivered on the Friday , much earlier than I expected !!!!!”

“Quality of the order was fine, was just the size was too small, and I took it back to the cruise shop in Glasgow and was told that I couldn’t swap or take it back there, so will have to wait 14 days for a refund. Just a bit annoying”

“Good merchandise at good prices. But you could add a yearly shipping subscribtion or free shipping over certain value. Or free shipping for members who spend more than certain amount yearly. I would have bought more but it is not always worth extra 10 pounds for shipping.”

“First time ordering from Cruise web page. Easy to order, prompt delivery. Very much liked that item can be delivered to a nearby store for collection when convenient. Did not like that online item has to be posted back at cost of over £11 when Cruise store is less than 2 miles away or the store item was collected from is less than 1 mile away.”
