“I received the Gucci trainers in the post and one of the shoe was obviously tried on in store by someone and there is a piece of leather got damaged inside one of the shoe. I meant to call the customer service and maybe to exchange for another better pair but just realised that I had to pay to return the parcel... with busy work schedule I can’t really spare the time to go to post for this yet... wondering if I keep the shoes then would extra discount be given ( I have taken a pic of the part where it’s damaged and since it’s located inside the shoe so I suppose I can put up with it if additional discount can be given. Please do let me know if this is possible, thanks”

“Converse are great 5☆ for those, but Cruise charge a ridiculous amount for delivery they should offer a free in-store collection service and free in-store returns and should issue refunds not rubbish credit notes.”
