“I placed a very large order and to return the goods is going to cost over £50 as returns are not accepted in store. I have emailed customer services twice and still not had a reply. When I spoke with them they weren’t very helpful. Ridiculous customer service and process.”

“I’ve been shopping in Cruise Glasgow for longer than I care to think about (20 years). Whilst nothing will compare with going into the shop, the online service is excellent. Items delivered quickly and refunded quickly if for any reason they are returned. Never disappointed.”

“The company u sent me my one t shirt with aramex charged me for tax of 48 dollars which is not true that my package was taxed as there is no sticker on the package so they msged me and said u have to pay this before u get ur package total lie wasn’t happy about it”

“After receiving an item which was incorrectly described on the website, I emailed the customer service department and was advised I would receive a response within 48 hours. 72 hours later I did not receive a reply, therefore sent another email. 48 hours later, I am yet to receive a response.”
