“The ordering process was simple and delivery was quick. However, the product was incorrectly described and sized on the website so I was forced to return it. Although I got my refund the next day, which was great, I ended up out of pocket by £7 as I was only refunded the initial delivery, not the delivery to return the item. I would never have had to pay this if the size details hadn't been so woefully inaccurate on the web-page.”

“Straight forward purchasing using the app. Quick and easy delivery with up to date communication from dpd. 1 negative from the app, when you click on an item to view then come back out, it usually does not leave you where you started and puts you up the page to have to scroll all the way back. Would be good to fix that bug.”
