“I ordered a Burberry coat from Cruise, the coat was as good as it was shown on the pictures, however the Cruise guys messed up with the details. They enclosed the coat in a generic garment case, probably suitable for suits, smaller than the one that is required for a coat.. the result was that the coat reached wrinkled to hell so then I had to go find a dry cleaner shop to iron it with steam to return it back to an acceptable shape. Come on you guys, put some more effort the next time pleaseeeee”
