“Everything is fine other than you have to pay to return goods if brought offline should be free as you pay for delivery or should be able to take back to a shop most other places let you buy offline but if you don't want it ya can return to store”

“The website is great. But the service in the Ingram Street Branch in Glasgow is awful. If you go into the 2nd floor without putting on your best glamorous look, they treat you with contempt. I have experienced this several times now. It's a shame that they don't realise that a casual jacket and trainers gives no indication of their customer's spending potential. The 3rd floor assistants are much more professional.”
