“Whilst Cruise undoubtedly have a wonderful selection of products, the customer services aspect is shocking. I submitted a query and received a curt reply back with no follow up after I questioned their response. They don't respond via social media either, Unfortunately the company seem all too happy to take your money but aren't worried about long term custom. A great shame.”

“I would purchase sooooooo much more from Cruise if they offered free returns. I think it is ridiculous that they do not offer a service where like most online stores, if the item is not right for you you can send it back free of charge. I would also buy plenty more of their items if they took the time to model them on a real person as opposed to the dummy as you cannot get a true picture of what the item will look like on a human being. Additionally, unlike other online stores such as Net A Porter, Farfetch and the Outnet, Cruise do not measure the actual item. They just have standard sizes for fitting information. They actually lose money this way because it makes people like myself apprehensive as to whether an item I like will fit. And knowing that they do not offer free returns, I generally leave a lot of their stuff behind (except if I am 90% sure it will fit) and end up going to other places such as the Outnet where they provide detailed measurements and free returns.”

“Cruise is very professional at their delivery service. They're very fast too. My concern remains that even if you buy items of clothing up to £1000 you will still have to pay for your delivery. They should endeavour to have a specific amount a customer will reach then it will be free delivery. Also, giving a voucher to customers sometimes encourages a lot. I think that needs to be reviewed asap. Aside from the postage, I would have rated them 5.”

“I ordered a Vivienne Westwood wallet from your website as a present for my partner's birthday. When the wallet arrived it was not the same as the one advertised on the website. The website stated that the wallet had a money pocket for the storage of coins and this is clearly shown in the pictures on the website. However the wallet which arrived does not have this money pocket and is just a card holder. It resembles the cheaper wallet which is available on your website. I contacted Cruise by email, sending pictures and explaining the issue. However, 5 days later I have yet to receive a response. I will be returning the wallet and will never use Cruise again.”
