“Regardless if I'm shopping I store or online I know I will always get fantastic customer service. Only recently I ordered a last minute birthday gift online, I contacted customer service who got my order here with two days to spare. For a great selection in clothes and first rate customer service I would recommend shopping with CRUISE.”

“I received a call & email asking for nearly 25% of the purchase price to complete delivery. Shipping and taxes were to be included in the amount charged. Please refund my purchases (over $2,000) and have your carrier bring you back the merchandise if I am going to have to pay more.”

“You sent me a faulty bag which cost me £11 in postage to return. Despite being promised by your customer services that this would be refunded if I e-mailed them proof of this postage they have not even replied to my e-mail let alone refunded my postage. The bag was poorly packaged which was probably the cause of the damage. Needless to say I will not be shopping at Cruise again.”

“Great selection of boys designer clothing. Got a few sale items to which was a bargain! Delivery was quick and came in a nice little zip bag. Only thing I would change would be most companies have free delivery if spending over £100 and I spent double that but no free delivery offered. Apart from that was perfect.”
