“Good range of items on the website and very good sizing range in stock. Biggest downside I’ve always found with Cruise and other affiliated companies is the standard postage costs is a minimum £6.99 even after spending a four figure sum on two items and £9.99 on Next day delivery which in fact took 4 days for one of my items to arrive- albeit refunded postage costs after contacting Cruise. Many other retailers offer free delivery and returns even on a far lesser purchase cost which I find entirely possible for Cruise to offer up. Other than that,good service”

“Ordered for next day delivery. Came next day but was very poor due to the shoes not being put on properly and the way it looked was rubbish. Not satisfied due to the shoes having marks on the sole too.”

“Coat arrived as advertised. Super speedy delivery, usually have to wait a few days extra for delivery to Northern Ireland. Would have been 5 stars if I could have collected my parcel from the Belfast store.”

“Second time I have purchased from Cruise online and cannot fault them. Items have arrived on time and packaged well. If I had one point to make it would be around the cost of their standard postatge which does compared to a lot of other similar sites to be quite high, that and the fact there is no option for collection.”

“My order arrived very quickly, the next day, however, it was completely the wrong garment. When I took it to the pick up point to return it, the guy told me he had another customer return an item from Tessuti the previous day for the same reason. Obviously something going wrong at the warehouse. I wouldn’t order again unless I was convinced this wouldn’t happen again.”
