“I’m continually fed up paying astronomical postage fees. Also if I need to return anything I need to pay for that too. With the lowest payments I have with cruise being at least £100 it’s about time free postage and returns were introduced.”

“Delivery went to wrong address, customer service not helpful and non existent, wrong sizing in my trainers ordered a size 5/38 received a 6/39 after spending out 29 in total for delivery and returns that was not my fault. Never again going back!”

“Give okay delivery just need to do better by putting return label in the package the delivery person need to ring the bell and do not throw the package it on the floor as soon as they knock the door people still ppl packages if you pay for express u should have it 3 day”

“We have used this company before and have always been happy with the service . As I wanted to book a cruise with our grand children I was lucky to get Paula Molloy who was so nice extremely helpful and super patient as I had heavy flu and we got disconnected 3 times my fault! She was able meet our needs exactly and gave us all the necessary information for our cruise. So many thanks Paula I look forward to dealing with you again .”

“Excellent service from Cruise , however DPD was another matter! Left my parcel with some neighbour I didn’t know and left me no card so I didn’t know where it was til I went knocking!! Cruise service was brilliant though!!”

“Hi, i love shopping at Cruise, but the reason i shop online is so i can order a choice of items & try them on at home with shoes, etc. I dont like that P&P is £7 & then you have to pay for your own returns - wht is this? Most mail order offer a free return service. I am considering not shopping at Cruise again because of this. Thanks”

“Bought a Vivienne Westwood shirt. Was described as "fits true to size". Was not, very large fits, had to send it back, costs me 21€ and re-ordered a size down. Not serious.”
