“I waited a lot longer than 3-5 working days for my parcel to arrive - albeit due to an outsourcing issue but was only alerted of this when I chased cruise up - very little correspondence from their end. In addition, the item sent was wrong. However I am giving a more generous rating as the contact I had with their customer services was very helpful.”

“Really good service, kept me up to date on what porcess my item was in which I liked. Really fast delivery, however abit too expensive. Should be the most £4.50 not £6.99”
