“Not impressed at all, wanted an exchange for a smaller size, wig out any contact cruise just refunded my money back because my size wasn’t available discusting and ya I got to pay to return is a joke”

“Ordered a 44(xs) and received a 40. Emailed customer service with a picture of label on garment and attached label. They were extremely unhelpful. Will never use again. Would definitely not recommend.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of training shoes which the web site permitted me to do however 2 days later I received an email to say that one of the selections I had made was out of stock. If they were out of stock the system should not have permitted me to order them.”

“Hi I’ve been a long term customer of cruise and spent thousands of pounds and the one thing I think could improve is the delivery charge it’s unreal the cost or delivery and you get no rewards for being a loyal customer either.”

“Good service but think postage £6.99 a bit much on goods over £100 not so good in store returned goods too big same garment hanging there same price Can't change in store Two postages and travel costs to go there NOT happy”

“This experience has been far from satisfactory. Chose delivery method from the website, only for it not to be valid. A week later and I still haven’t received the order, which is allegedly on it’s way back to Cruise before being resent to an alternative address. This could all have been avoided had the staff member in the Ingram Street store ordered my size rather than tell me to go to a shop 15 miles away. Therefore making me order online. I’ve been shopping at Cruise for over twenty years. Unfortunately their customer service has declined in that time, particularly the helpfulness of some instore staff.”
