“Made arrangements to take delivery but it never turned up, received email from delivery company and Cruise saying I requested a diffrent day which I never. Emailed Cruise only automated email back answer back. Received goods but some boxes were damaged but items were fine.”

“Dreadful service, sent trousers in the wrong size so then returned and heard nothing. Called customer services and was told return could take up to TWO WEEKS!!!! Could have bought from store and saved postage costs. Now left without item and money taken from account until resolved through no fault of my own. Won't be rushing to make another order!!!!”

“I ordered a large amount of items last week and am still waiting for delivery.... 6 days at the minute and still waiting.DPD keep changing or delaying. I’m feeling very cross especially after paying £6.99 delivery charges. Cruise need to sort this out. I know other people have had this problem too! I hope my delivery arrives soon.”

“Love cruise/flannels but 1 thing I think you should have a think about is charging for delivery especially if you spend over a certain amount I spent 1300£ last week and still pay for delivery”
