“Costly delivery charge, plus I have to also pay for returns! My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, and I had to go door to door searching for the delivery. Won’t be shopping with cruise again. Very poor.”

“Made arrangements to take delivery but it never turned up, received email from delivery company and Cruise saying I requested a diffrent day which I never. Emailed Cruise only automated email back answer back. Received goods but some boxes were damaged but items were fine.”
