“Clothing ordered arrived very quickly, and looked exactly as shown on the website. One thing that would make the whole experience better, is if any returns were free as it has now cost me over £15 in delivery costs. Will definitely be using CRUISE again.”

“The items were nice however I had to return boots. I didn’t feel the return options were great. I didn’t want to return them but had to because they didn’t fit. I’ve never had that problem and have a few pairs of these boots so I didn’t think it would be a problem. I had to select “changed my mind” which wasn’t the case. I’ll also only order from shops with feee delivery- especially since I spent quite a bit - and free returns.”

“I can order this Cort in South Korea, more than US $ 150, including shipping, tariffs and taxes are two things I must pay an additional tax. because, If the price of importing good, including shipping charge, is more that 150 US dollars, Korean government will put 25 % import tax on it. This Coat Price on the app is US $165.75, a minimum purchase amount of $ 150 can be reduced? i will then be able to order well enough. Have a nice day.”

“My only gripe is the cost of postage and packaging and returning the item if not suitable. Considering i normally spend in the region of £300 to £400 each time i order the p & p should be free and returning too or at least be able to drop off at a store.”

“I ordered a £450 pair of Gucci trainers. They arrived clearly worn. I complained and was advised they were out of stock so could either get a full refund or £20. I felt this amount was pretty low considering I provided pictures of the damage however reluctantly kept them as I had already wasted so much time and energy I didn’t want to end up with no trainers.”

“I’m giving a 1 as there is no option of zero stars. I had a large order delivered to a collection location, none of the stuff fits true to size. I ordered from cruise yet it shows up in a flannels bag. I was returning all items in the order and there is no return postage labels or option to leave at the collection location. To return the order it cost me £13 not a lot of money in the grand scheme of things but I shouldn’t have to pay it none the less. They do not allow you to return items at stores or any of the other business the rat that is Mike Ashley owns. I sat on hold to customer service for over an hour with no one picking o the phone. Dissatisfied is an understatement.”

“Love the items for sale in Cruise, some a bit too expensive for me but that’s life. Only down point I have, and I get there will be reasons for it, is their delivery/returns policy. I bought an item and paid £6.95 delivery (which is quite steep) the size was too big but instead of taking back in store and getting a refund, I have to pay to deliver it back to them. My wife gets deliveries from zara online but if she doesnt like it, she can return in store. You are asking customers to pay alot of money for their items already, please dont ask them to pay more to return it. Not a good policy.”
