“Quick delivery and a good price jacket in a sale. I had to return the item as the sizing was way out (not Cruise's fault). However, many online stores offer free returns and it cost me £8 to return. If in the future there are similarly priced items with different stores and one offers free returns, I'd go with the one offering free returns. Saying that, the replacement jacket was also sent out quickly.”

“For a luxury retailer not to have either free delivery or free returns was very disappointing. What was even more surprising was the fact that items bought in store can not be returned for a refund, only a credit note! I feel this is something that should be clearly written near checkout and not somewhere in fine print in company policy documents and should stated during purchase. Thirdly, items purchased online can not be returned in store either. Items on sale maybe high-end, customer service and convenience, not so much.”
