“Sent the wrong Christian Louboutin style then when I called to exchange , I was told they don’t stock style I described that I received I then sent picture of them via email and was told same again and that they would have to check the authenticity of them. Bare in mind these cost £945 , after long discussion they accepted fault turns out they had product codes and picture on there website wrong and didn’t stock style I ordered anymore and that what I received was core t product code bit wrong image on there website. I have sent them back and has now been 5 days without any confirmation of my refund.”

“Clothes were nice, wrapped in horrible grubby plastic that ruined the top I was wearing at the time. I had to pay 10 pounds delivery, then 9 pounds to return 3 of the items that didn’t fit. I spent over a thousand pounds on goods, no free returns is not reasonable.”

“Was disappointed that after purchasing a item for over £100 i still had to pay delivery fee and there isnt a option to collect on store. Very disappointing but the quality of product was brilliant”

“I ordered a Gucci bag which was a gift and paid for a next day delivery to ensure that I get it on time. It came late after two days and I was very embarrassed as there was a party without a gift. I called customer service to complain and they just apologised without even offering a complimentary shipping for another item that I was also buying from cruise. I was disappointed with the service and it is definitely not suitable for a name like cruise.”

“Had never heard of Cruise before but was so happy I did. Had looked for the bag in red but hadn’t found it and the price was even better. Would definitely buy from Cruise again I paid for delivery next day which was great. Bag was well packaged so nothing could possibly harm bag.”

“Sent me the wrong item. I ordered by Malene Birger Elenasoo leggings and got Elenasoi leggings. If you dont have the item why send something else? Just cancel my order and prevent all the hassle of the return process.”
