“Once my returned item has been dealt with I can give a better review pleased with the quick delivery sent back an item on day I received my order on a next day signed delivery and have had no response on it yet apart from that very pleased with everything else”

“Great selection of designers , however the lack of an option of “Picking up in store” is very disappointing. The use of , what appears to be generic size charts is also frustrating, my last purchase , a Kenzo zipped gardigan, being a 44” chest the size chart would suggest the XXL was the idea size to order, on receipt it was far too big , not surprised when it measured in excess of 49”.”

“You need to change your courier contract. 4 days of delivery confirmation emails and 4 failed deliveries. DPD shocking!!! I will never be a part of anything they are connected with going forward. Very very disappointed”

“Would be an easy 5 stars if returns were free. Top quality clothing at affordable prices. You need to know your sizes before ordering or be prepared to pay a lot for returns. 90% of my clothing comes from cruise. Always a happy customer.”
