“I had chosen Express delivery (i was also charged for it) and the item was shipped w/ Standard delivery service. Cruise fashion refunded the whole amount of shipment cost as a gesture of good will. Thank you.”

“Great service although delivery on a big order was still charged. I would expect that returns would be free. The parcel I need to return will cost me at least £12 postage. I won't be shopping again”

“Shopping website is fine, but can’t beleive you charge postage and packing for orders over a £100. We recently bought a top at £350 and paid £5.99 postage, I think this is terrible. Also, shop very overpriced”
