“Ordered size 7 shoes, but got sent in size 8, then emailed the customer service to tell them and to ask them if they got size 7, but no reply even 10 days later. Tried to call them twice, but been hanging in the queue for half an hour each time so had to hang up. Still got the shoes and still no response from anyone at the Cruise.”

“I ordered 4 pairs of boss denims all 38 waist long leg. 3 pairs were fine 1 pair the leg was like a short leg and I’ve had to pay return postage to send a pair of denims that are of no use to me.”

“Sadly for the first time I'm not impress with my purchase. There appear to wrong items delivered and when I called to query the gentleman was very unhelpful. Infact, my request to speak with management to address the concerns were decline. I'm very unhappy and angry given the number of years I have been shopping with you.”
