“Although I realise much of the clothing is not actually in one of your shops , but is in some common hub for multiple stores, when your buying some designer item at a premium price (even in a sale) you should really be offering free delivery or at the very least an option for free pick up from one of your shops .”

“The two tops were disappointing. One was extremely shabby and very creased. The other I suspect had been worn and then returned. The handbag had obviously been used and did not have a dust bag. It is very doubtful I will be using Cruise again due to the poor quality. It was like a second hand shop and no what I have come to expect from Cruise/Flannels.”

“Very slow replying to customer service queries-never get to speak to a person! Delivery very slow compared to other sites. I like cruise stock and order frequently, but dread anything going wrong as it is always so difficult to sort out”

“Excellent customer service, products and fast delivery. Only thing to improve is to get more products because for example the Kenzo section has not got many trainers available for men. Cruise can also expand to many more brands.”

“I order a two peice set for an upcoming party and only the top arrived. When I called to inform customer services I waited 3 days on a reply to be told that the matching skirt was not in the warehouse and therefore I would have to send back the top in order to get a refund as I was charged for the set.”
