“The service is fast to be fair however I think it's ridiculous when u choose the option click & collect that u still get charged £7 .”

“I love cruise because of its vast variety of feat designers but I feel you don’t reward regular customers. I also think you shouldn’t have to pay delivery. Just my opinion but I love your shop and that’s my only concern.. Many thanks Gavin Grant”

“I have sent back my product from cruise for it to be exchanged for a different size but I still haven’t had an email confirming that they have received my parcel or if my exchange is on its way. Sort this out.”

“Absolutely shocking sending what was meant to be a “new” stone island jacket. It was covered in dog hair and stinking of dog! I wouldn’t buy it second hand never mind new. I don’t want a new one sent out, I just want a refund.”
