“Outrageous!! I bought a jacket from Cruise online and it was too large. I returned the jacket and it cost me over £27 postage to return it. (This is on top of the £6.99 I had paid for delivery!) I’m absolutely disgusted as I’m now £27 out of pocket for the privilege of trying a jacket on at home. Smaller companies can offer free delivery and returns so why can’t a large company like Cruise. I spend plenty of money between cruise fashion and Van Mildert but I’ve lost faith in the company because of this and will never purchase another thing from them!”

“Bought a pair of shoes that were on sale and paid for next day delivery. When the shoes arrived they had signs of wear around the toe area and the box was completely destroyed at one end. The state of the shoe and box was simply ignored and posted out to me. I emailed and got a very quick and professional reply with a postage label but I will still be out of pocket for the next day delivery charge.”

“The items that i purchased were perfect, however, your delivery costs are extortionate, considering it is only DPD that you use and i have other websites that use DPD and i pay £10 for free next day delivery for a year, so £7 for one item is beyond extortionate”

“Purchased an item from Cruise arrived in good time and website was easy to navigate all the way through to payment! Item arrived was to small, phoned the store in Aberdeen and was the girl was more than helpful checking stock and informing of my next steps! I have since exchanged the item for a bigger size which is en route! Top Class”

“Delivery charge was excessive for size/weight of package. The Versace top I ordered was supposed to have a Versace drawing pin accessory on the chest, this was missing. Had to email customer services and they told me just to return it,”

“Item was delivered fine and great to have options in where to deliver. However I do feel that having to pay for returns for an item from the store is excessive. It should be complimentary delivery and returns or an option to return in store (flannels or cruise!) When I raised this with one of the customer advisers I didn't really get much If a response and just to accept it. When I asked if they could get my sizes in certain items into the store I got no reply. It's as if they don't want I make a sale.”
