“Absolutely disgusting customer service I received a jumper with a hole in but didn’t have time to send it back as was for a funeral so I paid to have it repaired locally and all they asked for is photos of the hole 24 hours later when it was repaired, absolutely disgusting after spending £167 on the jumper!!!!!!!!!!!!”
