“Shorts were to big, so I have had to send back and pay 8 pound for so I end up out of pocket and no shorts, tried to take back to shop in Newcastle but they said had to be posted”

“CP Compsny sweatshirt arrived with the lease from the sleeve missing, customer service advised it would take 3 weeks before a new one could be sent. Advised this was a gift and couldn’t wait that long so will be returning today for full refund.”

“Good site. Good range of product. Shame we have have to pay for delivery AND returns. Would shop a lot more at Cruise if this was free. Other sites I frequently use either provide free delivery and returns or I pay a £20 or £25 annual fee for the service. This way I can ensure of a competitive price and not have to factor in the extra costs involved in shopping with Cruise.”

“This was my first time buying an item from this shop online. I have not been put of buying from here but was left very disappointed when I received a jumper that had the badge ripped. Very disappointing from such a great company.”
