“Hi i did receive my parcel quiet quick which i found excellent unfortunately i had to return parcel as I ordered the wrong size i have returned the parcel with instructions of which size i require so i'm just waiting for the right size now”

“Excellent service very quick delivery. The reason for 4* and not 5* is having to pay postage on such an expensive item. Mopping it up in the price would give better customer satisfaction. The item was well packaged and has been put away for my sons birthday.”

“Good site. Good range of product. Shame we have have to pay for delivery AND returns. Would shop a lot more at Cruise if this was free. Other sites I frequently use either provide free delivery and returns or I pay a £20 or £25 annual fee for the service. This way I can ensure of a competitive price and not have to factor in the extra costs involved in shopping with Cruise.”

“This was my first time buying an item from this shop online. I have not been put of buying from here but was left very disappointed when I received a jumper that had the badge ripped. Very disappointing from such a great company.”
