“This was my first purchase from the website, I bought some jimmy choo heels I couldn't find anywhere, immediately I paid, they sent emails throughout to tell me when the order was confirmed and when delivery would be. Ordered Sunday night and arrived Tuesday morning - DPD delivery, I then got them forwarded to a pick up at a pick up store as I knew I'd be out. Lovely packaged, cannot fault this company - I'll be coming back.”

“Good range, good range of sizes, prompt delivery. I see there is not a field to complete about how Cruise could be better. Returning online purchases in store would be good and getting items delivered in to store from website would also be good. Using a courier that delivered to local shop for pick up would be good. receiving deliveries for people out at work all the time can be difficult.”

“Very fast delivery. However the box my shoes arrived in was ripped and dented. Not what i would expect for a £300 pair of shoes. Also the Cruise bag that contained the box was also ripped. Very displeasing. Would make me unwilling to purchase from you again.”
