“I have still not received my goods even tho it's says they have been delivered and yous have taken my money for this I emailed yourself 4days ago which I have no reply to so I called yourselfs yesterday and told this could take up to 10 days to resolve even tho yous have taken my money and I have no goods”

“Ordered jacket which is really small made and also boots but they were scuffed at toe...paid £5.99 delivery and had to pay £12.00 to send it all back...really not happy about this at all...there should be an option to take back to store!!!!”

“Shop a lot with cruise and always get excellent service. Order arrived promptly, only reason for giving 4 stars on this review rather than 5 is because the item was ordered as a gift and upon receipt the Gucci gift box was in poor condition, it was dirty and crushed.”
