“i placed an order on line, i called back to make a change and was told i coudnt, but it wasnt told my options that i could cancel and re order, i lost out on the promotion that cruise was offering! i am a regular customer and who use to recommend cruise to all my friends.”

“Ordered a jacket on the 25th November, was meant to get delivered on the 28th but never because the parcel was damaged! Phoned cruise customer service several times and still haven't had any feed back about if I would still get that jacket or not. Just had to cancel my order as it is taking far to long to get anywhere.”

“I have had my problems with Cruise but on this occasion the service was fine. The only thing is I feel if you spend over a certain amount you should get free delivery and also daily or weekly offers on one particular brand at a time means customer incur a number of delivery charges (which are high in comparison to other sites), customers should have a choice on delivery ie a lower delivery charge option which may take longer to deliver. This is why i try and get certain products from other shops first and if I cannot then I reluctantly order from Cruise and incur £5.99 delivery each time I order.”

“I received the incorrect delivery (someones package from Aberdeen / I'm from Glasgow) & have sent 3 emails with details / photos & called once & still no progress. Having to call again today to chase along. Then received my order with 2 items missing & the package re sealed by AN Other not at the warehouse.”

“This company has the worse customer service. The employees are not helpful and when you send emails to this company they are ignored. When you finally have a rep on the line, they act as if you are bothering them for asking for assistance. Based soley on the customer service of this company, I will not shop with them again.”

“ordered a tracksuit which was £263 including delivery, it stated 20% off and I clearly didn't get it, sent a email to customer service to say what happened and could I send it back to get a refund. They told me they would get back to me in upto 48hours and didn't and just sent the tracksuit on out. Raging for spending so much money and receiving no help at all.”
