“I bought a CP company jacket for my son (age 12) for it to arrive without the goggle on the sleeve. I now have to send this back through the post instead of being able to take to the shop. I am worried about the jacket being lost in the post ad many things do at this time of year. I also have to pay P&P myself until compensated. The jacket is now out is stock too.”

“I was sent a friends and family offer just before xmas , so was good to be able to use this. We go to Cruise to the boxing day sales and alwasy dissapointing to see an item you purchased before xmas at a full cost is then reduced in the boxing day sale.”

“My purchase arrived in great time and exactly how it was supposed too. Very pleased however, I don't think it fair you have to pay for postage. I live within 1 mile of a Cruise Store so believe having my purchase delivered to there for free would have been far better.”
