“Product got here earlier than expected but i think there should be an option to come and collect it in store for free because the only option to get the product is to pay £7 or whatever it is”

“The delivery services was excellent, however I only received 1 item out of the 2 in the parcel. I called up to find out the other item had been missed out and is now sold out. It was a gift for my 16 year old brother so very disappointing”

“hi sir i recevd my order 28 11 7017 armani zip thr black HOODY 14[L]P CODE 665094/03/430 unfortunately this size was smole.i try to change size ctuise shop but they told me becouse you bout it online. you change it online.three time i email and ask pleas send me address were i post and please send me [16] size.i receve just one email replay some body contecte you with in 24 to 48 hour. after i email three time but no body replay”

“I’m happy with the service and the quality of the products you send out, however, I think that you should have the option of free returns, especially when the delivery charge is as high as £6.99. I ordered jeans and they didn’t fit so I returned them for a bigger size and because of the high value of the package it cost me £8.70 to send them back. And if the new pair do not fit me then I would have to return them and that would cost me an additional £8.70. I just don’t think that’s very fair when the initial delivery charge is so high.”

“I spent a lot of money on a Burberry Purse for a gift, I have purchased many before from the store and I have had friends that have ordered one online who received the box to go with the purse. I never received a box and I am still waiting for someone to tell me whether I can get one or not. When spending that sort of money the least I expect is to receive the box!”

“I love Cruise, especially online, as I went in to their Glasgow store one day straight from work and the staff looked down their noses at me!, I work very hard and don't have a lot of time to go into the shop, I was deeply hurt as my money is as good as anyone else's, I love the clothes, all my favourite designers under one roof!, but please retrain the Glasgow staff to not assume your low class because you had to come straight from work, please ask your staff never to think your above the customers who make triple your salary”

“Only complaint is that you don’t take returns back at your stores I carried to ur Glasgow shop to be told I had to post it because I ordered it on line at a cost of £8.55 don’t understand why? Will you refund my postage? Every other shop accept their returns at their stores Cruise need to catch up with everyone else”
