“Cruise sells very good quality and mostly designers. I have won customers to Cruise due to the quality of clothes that I put on. Cruise improved by offering vouchers for a targeted purchase amount during the last Black Friday and Cyber Monday. That is commendable, however, the cost of postage has rather increased instead of decreasing. Cruise should consider offering free delivery at a targeted purchase amount to always appreciate their customers.”

“I ordered on Black Friday, not only did I find some trainers I’d been searching for for ages in my size I also got 20% off and a £50 voucher. Not only that they arrived the very next day”

“Hi I didn’t have a bad experience but when the t shirt arrived i realised that It wasn’t very big and decided to order the bigger size. I was told that I couldn’t return to shop so I had to pay £6.99 postage, then postage to return then £6.99 to re order which is very high.”

“I shop as much as i can in cruise . My stone island and hugo boss are top notch . Instore the staff are more than helpful and always there to please . Online is great too never any issues and will continue to shop with cruise . I recomend this to all family and friends”

“I ordered on Black Friday and entered the code to receive my 20% discount. This was not applied so I emailed within minutes of placing the order hoping that this could be rectified. I received an email stating it could not. I do not think I will be using Cruise again as a result.”

“Sent numerous emails and called several times over the past week , still no reply , I find the way I’ve been treated absolutely discusting I have emailed yourself 3 times now, I recently placed an order with yourself that was suppose to be delivered on Saturday , I was home all day no parcel was left , a calling card was left stating that my parcel was left at my front door , no parcel was left , after contacting dpd I was advised a photograph taken by the courier states parcel was left at the front door , no parcel has been left , I am absolutely disgusted at the fact I paid money for a delivery service that I haven’t received ,”

“The communication online from when ordering was excellent. However the customer service in store is appalling. We visited the store last Saturday with a view to purchasing shoes, a jacket and scarf for myself and shoes and a scarf for my wife. From when we emtered the store to leaving (approx 30mins) we were unapproached or even acknowledged by any member of staff. Moreover I had picked up x2 Gucci scarves, walked to the cash desk where an assistant looked at me and walked away! Will not be back on store again”
