“What I would say disappointed me was the fact you have to pay for delivery when you have just spent over £1000 think maybe there should be a free delivery service when you spend a certain amount just my opinion”

“I am very happy about your online service, only downside is having to pay for your returns not like other big company's who have a drop off for returns. I had a really bad experience in your store in Glasgow and this has turned me off shopping in store. your manager refused to take back a pair of shoes that were one week old and worn for 2 hours stating it was my fault, when they were returned to a Christin lauboution store they were taken from me, fixed and returned as they agrees the shoes weee faulty however your manager refused to aknowlege this! I am not a happy customer!!!!!!”

“I ordered in a CP Jacket or at least asked them to keep a XXL in the Edinburgh branch as i was travelling up from Newcastle for the night and wanted to pick it up. I asked the girl twice if this was Ok and was assured it wasn't a problem. When i got there they said they had nonoe in that size and were not aware of my call. They said someone came in earlier that day and bought the last one!!! Very poor service. Left a bad taste. I can by CP from many places... Why use Cruise in the future”

“Wet quick delivery however when parcel arrived it was very poorly packaged. Looked as though it had been rolled up in a ball and thrown in. No dust bag nor any clear sealed bag. Item was only in cruise black zip bag, which was half opened) rolled into a ball. Also bought on Black Friday and there was no vouchers in the package. Delivery outer packaging was securely sealed so something went wrong in your warehouse.”
