“Very disappointed! They blocked all my money for 5 days on stock that was sold was not available. Then, when tried to buy something else, my card declined so I missed the 20% discount. When my money was returned they didn’t honour the discount at the store as I had missed the time. Also I couldn’t buy it online which had the cyber20 code because the item had ran out while I was trying to buy from the store. I went to flannels Metrocentre too for the scarf. The staff there said “blame mike or Micheal Ashley” god knows who he is!! They wouldn’t honour it too even though online had 20% the Gucci scarves.”

“I ordered my partner a pair of shoes only to receive an email saying the item was no longer available. A few hours later i was on the website and the shoes were available in the size i had ordered. As the order had originally been placed the money had been taken from my account and not returned for 5 days which returned after the discount had now ended. This isn't the 1st time this has happened to me and feel for a company like cruise, flannels, van mildert etc to have a system that doesn't update when an order is made is poor. I spend a lot of money every year in these stores and feel let down by this system not at any fault of the staff. I had been in contact with Katie who was a help and offered to give me the discount so as i placed the order yesterday there is now the cyber offer which would have gave me my discount and a return on my money spend as these shoes are £650. Would have been nice if i would have been advised on this offer and to hold off a few more hours in order to receive my discount and vouchers for my money spent. As a returning customer who has shopped in cruise for over 15 years i feel let down in a series of poor service in the past week Reagards Scott”
