“Quick delivery but poor after sale service. Can't believe the item is out of stock and only received part of my order and I need to spend a lot of money to post it back due to high value of the actual item I've ordered. Queued 30mins to speak to someone and been told it is' terms and conditions' to receive part order?! Okay thanks will not order from you again.”

“Always great clothes, but disappointed by the lack of cohesion between the online and retail stores. You can order with discount online, but some of those items didn't appear in store. As an example, i went in to try a top on for size before I ordered online - I went to pay in-store and they said there wasn't a discount so I literally opened my browser in the store and showed the staff member the discount whilst he watch me place the order - mad really, but there goes the high street for you.”

“the only online company l know that don't offer free click and collect and returns ! Not good sorry to say in this day in age, other mail companies offer a far better customer service and delivery return options.”

“I ordered a pair of trainers on Black Friday when there was 20% off. I was busy at work and trying to order quickly on my lunch break I forgot to put the promo code in at checkout. The transaction went through. There is no phone number to contact customer service. The only way to contact is email so I email straight away asking can my order be cancelled and I will reorder and put the code in? I then email regarding same order asking if you can't cancel the order can I be refunded the 20%. The trainers were £215 so £43 is quite a big discount to lose out on. I only had an email to say that my querie was in a queue and someone would be in touch. That was Friday 24th November and it's now a few hours away from 1st December. I have received the item fine but I think it's really poor customer service”

“I am happy to shop online but I do feel that the deliery charge is not needed and not being able to return goods back to a local store is ridiculous. Those 2 things need to be addressed”
