Offer for 20% off, when got to check out there was nothing advising how to claim the 20% off, so had to pay full price, will not be using this again

I was informed with the whole process of purchase to delivery by way of email. The delivery cost was a little pricey but my item arrived the next working day.

We visited both stores in Newcastle on Sunday 3rd December. After visiting the first store we continued to the 2nd store purchasing items. We then went back to the first store purchased more items to be told that both stores had 20% off that day. We were very disappointed that our purchase in the 2nd store that we were not told about this and paid full price. How can one store offer 20% and the other store not even mentioned it. When we questioned this we were told that it was to meet sales targets. To say the least we were very very disappointed with the consistency of the sales staff.

Great accessibility and easy site. Great paying method and really fast checkout, mailed me with all the updates of where my parcel was. Really happy and will certainly be at cruise shop and website again

The order seems to be "on a slow boat to China." The delivery fee is $16.49, ordered on 11/30, and as of 12/7, not delivered. Unsatisfactory!!

Online service is great, shop a lot with you, but mainly in store at Glasgow as staff are always brilliant, helpful and friendly. You should do free delivery on over an amount and a loyalty rewards scheme of some sort for the ultimate clothing store. Cheers and always a pleasure.

When I went to place an order of a black belt I selected a size and it switched it to a brown belt without making me aware so I checked out. I payed £6.99 for delivery for the belt to not even come in a box just some bag. I then realised I got the incorrect item. I drove 100 miles to the store in Glasgow to return item/ swap for a black one to be told that they can’t deal with anything bought online. I then relised I will have to pay to return item then repurchase in black. I’m so disappointed. Me and my boyfriend love the Cruise shops but will not be using online ever again, very unhappy with service.

Good service however, cruise was my last choice due to delivery charges and packaging. Buying expensive Christmas gifts, would be much better coming in boxes instead of the plastic bags! Also spending over £600 and still having to pay delivery costs when most other sites offer free delivery for this amount.
