“Doesn’t make me happy, having to pay £6.99 for delivery and then having to pay £6.99 to return the items. So £14 down and nothing to show for it.”

“After suffering for 12 months with Cancer decided to treat myself after visiting a shop, there online service has been excellent and some of the bargains I've had from the sale outlet have been brilliant . Highly recommended , Five Stars Cruise made me very happy.”

“Great product range but your delivery/returns options are well below par for a leading retailer. I gather that you feel that people will still shop with your because you have brands that others dont. Your main competitiors end clothing , zee and co. All offer next day delivery and a free return service. Lagging.”

“The t shirt I bought was described as a regular fit and to pick usual size . When it arrived it fit like an xs ( I ordered a medium ). Not happy at all.”

“I like shopping with yourselfs but placed an order the other day . I noticed one of the items that I had bought was the the wrong size . I phoned the next working day to ask yourself to change it to the right size . But you said you’s couldn’t change it because the order had been placed . Even before the iteams had been dispatched . I think it was a bit poor service from yourselfs .”

“The online service was fabulous the one star is for the Staff in ur lower floor menswear at Ingram at and _fisr floor level at ladies shop ..on Monday afternoon... Avoided helping customers walked past by 3 members of staff when trying to ask about. A Canadian goose jkt ... Then dismissed for asking for colour u dont stock ... Tried to make a fool of my colour choice ..... Then went over to ladies to look at ladies selection ... Again grd floor staff v v helfull ...2 Nd floor ladies great help.. 1st floor ..no interest in customer .... Lost U 2 sales ... Cd not give my hard ended money nearly1700 pds for 2 Canadian goose jkts .... I don't expect anyone to fawn over me buying stuff but a bit of common courtesy .... WD have been .nice ... Anyway Harvey Nichols......got the sale online ....... ... I was really quite annoyed at the poor customer service of such a prestigious outlet ... It's a shame that these young members of staff ... Do not have the customer care training ... Maybe it's not their fault .... But business is tough these days and no one can afford to lose business 🙏 a bit of customer appreciation training cd be all they need”
