“Bought 4 things in line in the sale of an extra 20% weekend discount. Sent 3 of the 4 things back as they’d sent the incorrect sizes I. All the clothing. Only the pants were the right size. Now I’m going to have to reorder again and the extra 20% discount has expired! Great!”

“Awful company. Ordered £353 and they have not arrived. I have been waiting since last month for somebody to resolve this, they told me 24 hours with an update but nothing and they’ve only responded after I chased for me to wait. They’ve got my money and now don’t care. I would not waste your time, once they have your money they don’t care”

“Very pleased with my online shopping experience at Cruise -first time online experience with them but a regular Cruise customer at my local branch . Both items I purchased were under half price in the sale, an incredible saving ,arriving in perfect condition as described on the website -fitted beautifully I followed the size chart on their website. all arrived quickly I paid the standard £6.99 ( it's a little pricey for delivery-but I definitely wanted the items /they were at an excellent price heavily reduced so it offset the delivery costs -when I weighed it all up -beside when I've looked at full price stock & purchased in my local store in Derby who get 5* for service too the store didn't have the items I wanted , the only reason I did an online order --I understand they can't carry every line on a website & my purchases were outlet/clearance items anyway . I've noticed the prices in Cruise are usually better than the other big name shops luxury fashion -so overall if I had to buy something online even with the delivery cost it works our less than I would pay elsewhere -I like clothes but am partial to a bargain too. Thankyou it was a really good experience- emails from Cruise about my orders progress , then from DPD with multiple options to let them know if something had changed between placing my order & delivery time -so my collection point could be changed etc . I really wasn't expecting all of those updates( having read a lot of terrible reviews about cruise online service/delivery service ) I usually order in store with my local branch but the items have to be £100 each, on this occasion both of mine were just under -however Ive never had a problem with the instore service I've been shopping with them for years . For clothes I don't do a lot of online shopping mostly only for groceries & household electrical items. So can't compare to other clothing companies. This is my first online purchase with Cruise I can't fault any of the experience I had with the service/delivery or products they sell . read the reviews about their online 1st , honestly all those complaints did put me off made me hesitate-to use online even though I purchase instore about once a month with no problems. I even went onto their contact us /frequently asked questions on their web page . A lot of those fully answered half the complaints/ bad feedback I read and also there is phone number for online customer service under contract us on their web page - Many bad reviews said their wasn't. It was a fast ,seamless , & really easy experience, I honestly wasn't expecting it to be any good . I don't usually reply to requests for customer feedback either . It's 5/5 because I got exactly what I ordered ,delivered exactly when they said they would be . I'd give 10/5 just for the amazing saving & price I paid . I would definitely do online order again .Thankyou Cruise”
