“I have used cruise many times and the online service is great. Dpd driver didn’t knock on the door, said the package was deliveries and cleared off, I don’t have my order and have chased cruise customer service with no results.”

“It was my first purchase, I ordered Kenzo shoes to be picked up at pickup point. It gave the delivery detail progress until it arrived. Very quick and straight forward. Cruise carries a great brands and sometimes gives better discount price (I had mine with extra 20% sale price).”

“I have brought several items of Cruise over the years and never had a problem. The only problem i had this time was DPD the delivery company they use. We wasn't in and they just chucked the parcel over my fence resulting in damaging the box. Luckily only a trainer box but a lot of items from cruise are expensive items so for £6.99 delivery i would expect better service.”
