“Items which were delivered were dirty and packaging was ruined - ripped and badly bashed. Written a complaint to the customer care email and have had no acknowledgment whatsoever. Terrible service.”

“Top quality designer labels at affordable prices. Bad point is there’s no free returns. If you don’t know what exact size fits you, you end up losing out as it can be quite costly returning the goods.”

“Ordered clothes for next day delivery (£9.99 on top of order) on Sunday, phoned on Tuesday & Wednesday and could not confirm delivery date, asked for order to be cancelled, said they could not as it was in the warehouse, had to organise return”
