“9 items on the order. 1 pair boss trainers missing. Emailed and was told it was picked. Sent a picture of the packaging including weight which would show it was light and have been ignored for 7 days since then despite several emails because I needed these for a certain day. Disgusting service! And essentially theft of my money as it stands! Joke”
