“Good service as usual but my biggest complaint with the Cruise/Flannels service is the ridiculous standard £6.99 minimum postage cost. Nearly every other online retailer offers a free delivery service,especially on orders of those value that are received by Cruise and I actively seek to purchase elsewhere first because of this out of principle”

“Shoes arrived last Friday in a very poo condition. Emailed on the Friday with photos, received a response on Monday, I responded back on Monday and I am still waiting for a final response! My wedding is at the end of this month, the shoes are for my wedding so I am waiting to here back as to if the warehouse have a perfect pair before I send the ones I have received back.”

“I ordered £145 worth of items and when I tried to collect in store for free it would not allow me to select a store. I think having no option but to pay £6.99 delivery is unacceptable when spending this amount”

“Overseas purchases can be nervewracking but my Trickers purchase with Cruise was smooth as silk. The checkout was fast and efficient and got my shoes from UK within week and change. They were also well packed and padded. Bravo”

“Speed of delivery was exemplary. Ordered Sunday arrived Tuesday am. However the cost of delivery and return in this case shoes that didn't fit was prohibitive. £18”
