“As i am living outside the U.K I should have the items without tax free of the U.K because i aslo pay my country tax free 10% when I receive my items I hope you remove the tax free like harrods and selfridges and other website. Thanks”

“I don't feel spending £6.99 on standard delivery is fair on a purchase of £130, most companies do the same delivery for free on orders over £60 or standard £3.99, puts me off odering again”
