“Fast delivery and prompt refund but delivery charge far to excessive and no free returns the item I ordered was not suitable but after paying delivery and return charges I have paid out £12 and got nothing for my trouble.Far to expensive to shop online with cruise .”

“Great products as always but I do have a problem with the delivery charges applied when shopping online many other retailers offer free delivery when spending such a large amount of money so I tend to shop with these stores first.”

“Bought balenciaga trainers at £455 the box was filtyhy and had dirty finger prints on it, trainers had been clearly tried on and possible returned, called cruise in Glasgow to ask why and the assistant told me all the balenciaga boxes are like that and gave me customer service number I've called and left a message plus emailed cruise and left a picture on the Instagram DM I've still haven't heard back. Anyways I think if your paying £455 for these evething should arrive in immaculate condition I'm very disappointed.”

“This online store is wicked and I know my cloths believe me this is a good shop so its well worth taking a look time people see this it will be gone there is a good sale on 50% off some of the very best in designer stuff and shoes and boots and kids cloths too and loads more I will buy even when the stuff goes up this online store is one of the best shops going I know so because we at age 13years old and going up to 21years old we would shop at this shop called laplls just like this shop but this shop is online aswell but it was in Tamworth Just buy and see for your self Thanks for the lovely Cloths will be buying lots more off this site”
